Things like self-care and self-love are talked about ALOT these days. I know I hear those words and my brain just ignores them because they are over-used. But after pregnancy loss starting over and truly learning who you are as an individual during grief, requires the basics. And I will teach you how to do these things without it being a snooze fest…promise!
You can find happiness and hope and continue to progress while also honoring and remembering your baby. It's normal for feelings of guilt, shame, and grief to decrease over time, although they may never completely go away. ■We will use my 4-step framework along with tools and mindset work to transform your life and your heart in this 6 month program.
■ You will have access to me throughout the week over Voxer, so we can process things as they come up and we make sure you have all the support you need.
■We have weekly zoom meetings where we will go through the program, step by step. Along with homework every week to complete.
